Falling Off The Map

So, I left my soul mate behind. His love turned toxic. His love didn’t feel much like love. He began to show me hate. So I had to learn to love myself.

What I learned was that I really never loved myself. I didn’t believe there was anything to love. However…I’m learning to love myself.

I had to fall off the face of the planet (in a manner of speaking, obviously) to learn about my place in this world. So, in learning that…I learned that the only person I can truly count on is…ME.

Of course, I already knew this…but there’s something about seeing it in action that really drives the point home.

This is my public apology to all of you, and especially Chris, for the time I had to take away from this project. I am refocusing my career and myself, and I will be publishing more often. For now, let me just say I am sorry.

Sorry for dropping the ball on helping you, Chris. I’m back, and we can get some work done.

My book, Watching Your Dreams, is now available for sale at my website and all proceeds from this book will go to benefit survivors of suicide attempts and/or loved ones of suicide victims. Please help me spread the word about this book.

  1. Hi Jennifer, don’t worry about anything at this end. You have got enough on your plate to deal with, as I have had recently, so take your time, concentrate on what is important, and carrry on learning how to love yourself. I can’t give you any tips as to how such things are done, as things like self respect and self belief are virtual strangers to me, but it is battle worth fighting, even allowing for setbacks on the way

Speak to you see soon, and please, no more apologies. There simply is no need

  2. I’ve been hearing a lot about having a lot on my plate. At least my plate is full. Right? If all else fails, and it might, I can write another book.
