Caregivers/Carers ands Mental Health Support Groups

Help is at hand-----grab it!

Help is at hand—–you need not be alone

In  a previous post, Who pays the unpaid Carer or caregiver…who cares…anyone, I promised to generate a list of Carer/ Caregiver Support Groups that are readily accessible to all

I am delighted to say that not only has this been done, click here for linkage, but a second list has been generated for those who wish to access mental illness support groups

In both instances the list is split into two sections. One is UK and the I.O.M, and the other is USA and International.

Neither list is, or can ever be complete though, as support groups are constantly coming on line or changing, so please feel free to contact me leaving a comment or by using the contact form below should you feel that any changes or insertions need to occur

Anything else to add. Just one thing.

These lists are but a drop in the Ocean as regards what is readily available, so if you are a sufferer or a carer/caregiver, then just remember, there are countless numbers of organisations and individuals to help you, and if you know someone who falls into this bracket, please feel free to pass on this list, and other such lists along

Is it easy, being part of a group not always, as painful emotions can sometimes arise, but nobody needs to suffer alone, help really is at hand. I hope you enjoy the video below, and should you to participate, I have also created a poll so as to judge the effectiveness of support groups
