Feel Good Stories

feel goodWherever you go nowadays that gloom, doom, pessimism, distrust, and cynicism prevail. Everything has gone wrong, apparently, no-one is to be trusted and we, both as a species and as individuals, are set to drown in our self created sea of murkiness and corruption from which we will never emerge. Look at the world around us, we are reminded, look at mankind’s history of savagery and destruction, and look at the mess that we are in now.

That is all to true, regardless of how you look at it, but by concentrating on what is going wrong around us, do we not often fail to observe what is going right, or maybe will be going within our lives, thereby leading us to an almost inevitable that nothing whatsoever can be done? When do we take time to recognise our “feel good” moments, those wonderful moments, however large or small, when things go well, and life is not quite as hopeless as it seems?

Within this group you will find such moments which I hope will inspire both readers and writers to look away from the problems that surround us or at least to put them into a more positive context where they are not quite so bad as they seems.

Please see below for the curret linkage to all such stories.
