A new post category-Reality checks

wkae up and smell the coffee” That guy, lass, or whoever ,needs a reality check! It’s time for him to wake up and smell the coffee, and to get his feet back on the ground”

How many times have we said that about someone, or about a group of people, or how many times has such a sentiment drifted past or into our variably receptive ears.

This is a new category which has been created and it’s role is to highlight inconsistencies between what we want to perceive around us, or about ourselves, and what is actually there. It will be like having a cold shower really. It can be pleasant, and, if properly prepared for, it can be invigorating; but if encountered accidentally it can be s hock to the system, and leave you with a very cold and goose pimpled skin

So be warned, all you bloggers who like to live in a dream world. You are very welcome to seek out the posts in this category, but they may leave you wanting a comforting cup of hot chocolate, or at least something warmer to put against your skin

One final point for those who have very kindly visited this blog already. Several posts already published could very easily soy within this category, but as I have no wish to bombard anyone with a simple a category addition to a post already published, I will leave it up to yourselves to decide whether a past category should be added to or changed

Happy reading everyone, and why not have a coffee, or whatever, by your side
